How to prepare real fruit tea?

Real fruit tea is concentrated and makes multiple servings. (Usually 4-6) Concentrated means more savings and less waste!  

Pour 8 oz. of boiling or cold water over 2-3 tbs. of Erika’s Real Fruit Tea. Stir and enjoy! 

The tea is unbelievably delicious hot or cold! Real Fruit Tea can be topped with slices of lemon, honey or ice.

Refrigerate after opening!

 

Is there other uses of real fruit tea?

Absolutely. What is the shipping policy and delivery?

When you order products from Real Fruit Tea you can be assured we will ship your items with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb– right to your door!

Shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States.

Standard Ground (3-8 business days) Most items will be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days after leaving our store. Standard Ground items leave our store within 1-2 business days after order receipt. 

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add $15.00 surcharge to standard shipping charge.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Shipping is only available to locations within the United States. No International shipping is currently available. We do not ship to P. O. Box addresses.

 

Delivery:

Orders are normally processed for shipment within 24-48 hours of the order date (for in stock items). This shipment time does not include holidays or weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery time is usually within 2-8 days of shipment (depending upon your location).  Some items may be shipped after the 48 hour period. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  This is only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Items that are out of stock or on back order will be shipped as soon as our stock is replenished. You will be notified by email of any extended delay in shipment. To guarantee delivery, we must have a proper and complete addresses. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. 

We will not be responsible for packages that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery by recipient.  You will incur a second shipping charge for any re-shipment of a returned package that was due to the recipient refusing delivery or due to an incorrect address on the original order form. 

We will not be responsible for spoilage of perishable items if recipient is not available to receive the package(s). 

 

Delivery Carriers: 

Normal delivery is via the United States Postal Service- USPS Priority Mail. A physical mail receptacle the location is required for USPS delivery. 

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PER ADDRESS. Multiple addresses will each incur a separate shipping charge.

 

Partial Shipments:

As a rule, we'll hold your order if an item is back ordered and ship complete once all items are in stock.

 

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of food products. If the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped please contact our customer service department immediately upon noticing the issue at
